Refund policy
- The item was delivered damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The size received does not fit (subject to stock availability).
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and the invoice.
- The product shows signs of wear or has been used.
- The item is damaged due to misuse.
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product was purchased during a Final Sale or Clearance event.

- Details: Share your Order ID and the reason for the exchange.
- Evidence: Attach clear images/videos if the product is damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
- We will ship the replacement item to you within 5–7 business days.
- If the requested size or style is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit that you can use for future purchases on Swagsole.
- Note: Shipping charges for the return and resending of items may apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
